Fuel gauge bounce My fuel gauge works fine, until I turn on the turn signal. With each click, it drops 1/16 of a tank. Once the turn in complete, it slowly goes back up to where it belongs. I think it must be a ground issue. Where is the fuel gauge grounded?

I would say it depends on who it might have belonged to. If you found a soldiers wedding band, for example, I say return it. If it was some piece of govt. equipment, its yours to keep.
