    Ok well I got it to go pop pop pop.. I think i need a head gasket No I dont get mad, I just roll with it, I'm learning new to diesels. I did retrace everything followed test procedures and seems like all checks out, now moving to motor, .... Does the fuel injector pull out, I tried a pry bar...

    Ok thanks for the switch wiring, found one that was wrong.... So now I have panel light and it turns over from the run start stop switch. But don't start, going to retrace and double check all wires and screws tomorrow. And thanks for all the help .

    A good photo O Would happen to have clear photo of what wires go where on the Start Run Stop switch, I just found a wire on number 6 that should be on 5, that's way no power

    LOL... Yes.... using field level troubleshooting TM 9-6115-639-1=&P... Page 0013-2 ... I made all the way down to E. 5 if voltage is not present , remove and replace START/RUN/STOP switch (WP 0038) had no voltage so I have removed and replaced.... No Change and no voltage

    Yep your right rope is inside and the handle is down in the front corner, I dont know what the cut wires go to dont see any numbers on them. I do have 2 wires going to the intake heater they are hooked up, .... I'm working on printing the TM. I have traced voltage from batteries to the start...

    Yes first thing I did, looks like I'm missi ng something, fuel pump on the right side isn't hooked to anything and no harness or empty plug anywhere near it.... there is a empty plug behind motor to the left P7 or P9 I think... and I found 2 wire behind the motor on the bottom that are cut

    So I just got this 831 and I'm lost, I have no lights no power to fuel pump only thing it does is makes a loud click when you hit the pre heater that's it. I can jump the starter and get the motor to turn over.

    New member and mep-806b owner

    Hi Carl here in Kentucky, new member and new owner of two Mep- 806 B's. Looking for help getting them running. The problem I'm having is no voltage at the PI fuel shut off. Anyone have this problem ? Can't find anything in the TM.

    I have two MEP-806 B 's with the same problem , one had no voltage at fuel shutoff solenoid , and the other only has 3 volts at the fuel shutoff solenoid. If anytime can help please do cause I lost. Thanks

    re-wiring my MEP-004a for different voltages, including single phase

    I did do that but not meaning to and the starter engaged, I've got to give up on it for today the heavy rain has set in , also it's still not turning off I had to open the fuel line again
