    Gas dripping out rust holes in the exhaust?

    Sounds like the float may be stuck in the carb. letting the fuel overflow the bowl and flood the engine with gas. Check your oil to be sure it isn't also full of gas. If you haven't already you may need to at least take the top off the carb and clean it out and check for sticking and gummy...
