I like the surge suppressor idea. For the aux tank, I have actually disconnected all of the lines going into the internal tank. Everything including the return fuel line now circulates through the aux. tank so no worries on overflowing.

I just exported an 803a to the Bahamas. They are not an ITAR restricted item but US Customs had to clear it for export. The shipper submitted the paperwork and it was cleared the next day.
