    Okay, might be it, il get the wirecolors tomorrow. I dont think the rectangular fuelfilter is being used. i got a electrical pump mounted below the battery trays so i guess it has been taken away.

    sigh, blocked the road for 30 minutes today... Should the starter always have power? Is it possible just to supply voltage to the starter when its going to start... i guess having 24volts in it all the time creates some heat itself...

    my setup is the same, as the starter relay under the dash has been bypassed with a new solenoid in the engine area. The whole body of the starter should be ground right? Maybe i can run a cable from (-) on the bat down to the starter to make sure its not a grounding issue... I dont think it is...

    They were 24.8 today, no load testing has been done but those are brand new heavy duty batteries :( And if the batteries were weak, that still wouldnt make these issues i think ? Since its, Noting or All when it comes to the starting..

    So, i got the OK to drive the truck from the testing place now in sweden, yay! ofcourse more problems appear... The starter has always worked porfect while it was in the garage, always cranked the engine. Now, when the truck has been running some the starter solenoid wont engage some times...

    Thanks for the reply, ive looked at those and i check whereither it gets grounded when i push down the horn button but its not :/ i use the check connection part on the voltmeter and it just displays numbers instead of giving me the beep for connection, guess its bad ground. I had problems...

    When i got my truck it had a separate button for the horn, no idea why... i guess the original horn was taken out sometime back... measuring the power on the horn fuse i see that it has 12V power, and now i wonder if anyone know what wire coming from the steering wheel that connects to the horn...

    m1009 starter issues.....

    So, today my truck(m1009) refused to start, i think it had to do with me blowing the flasher fuse the day before when fiddleing with the flashers, and now there is nothing happening when i turn the key to start. The lights in the dash shuts off as its about to start, but the engine is not even...
