Thank you all. Doing some research as to what I think will be the best solution. I believe I’m leaning towards converting to single phase 120/240 only as I have no need for 3 phase. I’m trying to read all the post I can regarding converting and how to wire.

So the big Power wires from the breaker to the switch assembly and corresponding lugs seemed to be wired correctly. @Ray70 That is correct testing directly at the lugs. I just tested 1-phase 120/240 L2-L3=84.9v I do believe someone has changed out the an output box as well as the head unit with all the gauges.

@Chainbreaker I did remove the cover and inspect. I found a couple of loose connections but just barely. I cleaned all connections that I could with contact cleaner. Thanks for the photo. That how I plan to wire it once I figure out why not full output.
