You're welcome, signalcorps. I'm pushing through a lot to get this set up, but it'll be well worth the effort expended. I submitted the entry for 18 vehicles. The maximum allowed is 20. I'd really like to have 18 show up. :smile:

All the parts for the hub. Missed the flat washer under the nut. The hub cleaned and ready for reassembly. Hub with bearings and seals installed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The hub had a rumble to it when turned without the drive shaft connected. The bearings had some scarring although you can't see it in the photo, but the races are shadow scarred. Doc will install 4 new bearings, 4 new races, fresh grease, and new seals. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I don’t believe the Mite can be hand cranked. There are no provisions for it on the engine. The squirrel cage fan takes up a bulk of the space on the front of the engine. It’s a standard 24 volt M series layout. I’m sure you could add a slave receptacle to a Mite. I’ve never seen it done, but...

Yesterday Doc installed the front clip, connected the wiring harness, started it up, tweaked the carburetor, and tested the clutch. There’s a lot of meat on the new clutch. You have to press the pedal to the floor for it to release. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Doc sent me an update on June 29. He installed the engine by himself. Yes, it can be done. A clutch can be changed by removing the engine only, from the vehicle. The exhaust pipes can stay intact but the starter, generator, generator bracket, and all front motor mount brackets must be removed...
