Black Rock Fab 8" Hanger Relocation Lift Kit

I started my bobber project today, 8 inches and 53s is the intended result. I had planned to build a steering arm of some type maybe like what AlpokaFL has on his truck but if you have an idea for a drop arm that you wanna share I'd be interested to hear what you think would work. I figure Ill...

Anyone done a lift from scratch? Maybe Frame On Frame Lift?

I bought my 1st M35 and I get to go pick her up this week end, m105 trailer and all. I plan to bob it and use the Trailer box and springs in the build. I have seen pictures of guy that have 6-8 inchs worth of lift under the deuce with 53 inch or larger tires, that is kinda what I have in mind...

Tires. Largest size that will fit....

I'd really love to run 53s but this thing is going to be off roading way more then it will be on roading, so the rubbing is an issue for me. I might look into a small lift for the front end to see what it would take to run 53 with full articulation abilities.

Tires. Largest size that will fit....

Tires. Largest size that will fit....

Yeah that is what I was looking at, I dont know if its really a "rebuild tag" from what Ive read sounds more like an up grade of some type. I wouldnt mind lifting the box to clear 16.00-20s but if wider rims are a MUST HAVE to run them I would like to know now rather then order them and...

Tires. Largest size that will fit....

I bought my 1st Deuce this morning, early 70s with a 105 trailer upgraded in 1991 according to the tag. This will be my Deuce Bobber project. I have read allot all over the web and here on SS but I have yet to get a common answer as to how large of tires you can run on a bobbed deuce . This one...

    body armor/run-flat tires?

If your just looking for materials to do the Armor job with you might google AR500 or Brillian 500 Steel. Both will stop or deflect .30 cal rounds a point blank range. I have some steel targets on the range that are made from them. Its not cheap but it works great. 3/8 will do pretty much...

    Price check on 16.00x20

I am pushing numbers around on my Bobbed build and was wondering what the going rate is for a set of 16.00x20 that are %85 or better. What can I expect to pay for a set of 4 and how might a person figure out a ball park price on freight for something like that?

    New Guy from South Dakota

I am thinking 2 door, I had a chance to read a couple threads on the 4 door conversion, very cool but not quite what I was hoping for. I am leaning twords the A2 hard top with a 105 box bob job using the 105 springs and 49" or 53" tires. Maybe moving the fuel tank into the box with a spare...
