Cheapest I have seen those wrecker sets was 1200 bucks.even without the hoist.
Canvas goes for about 4-5 times what you paid unless it is in bad shape.

2 different setups. Think it was recovry who towed the way he is talking about. The way I was describing there is an attachment that goes into the 5th wheel and lifts from that..yes there are picks on here of what I am talking about.
You can make it an amusement ride. Back up as far as you can, go full. Throttle, hit the brakes and see how far forward you roll.
You can take the whole front section and make an offroad buggy like they did in the movie "fast 5".
Sam Winer in Ohio has a dozen or so bridge trucks just sitting around. Would love to have one, but seems to be too much of a pain seeing as they are over sized for road use.
