    Thank you for the ideas.... at this point thats what im looking for.... things to chase down. I bought it like this about a month ago. I got the TM's in the post just prior to this one, so now i have a reference for where to start and a procedure to follow

    Batteries are fairly new (less than a year)..... in tank pump is brand new, air filter has been checked (physically - not just the dash indicator) and looks newish. If it sits a while like multiple days between starts, it may need 2 blasts of either...... once running, it only takes a little...

    i replaced the front section from the HH to the main copper line under the drivers firewall (the section that came in the kit)

    Yes, just tested.... steady stream from the 2nd filter into thee hydraulic head

    Absolutely love this post Thank you as i also want to be able to pull any trailer i can hook to can I ask for clarification? white and black go to 12v power and ground?? red and blue are the 24v signal in and 12v out to the trailer harness? I have mine built and am just waiting on these final...

    OK exhaust is 10' in the air, so hard to tell.... but will try moving the shuoff while some one else trys o start it

    66 M35a2, new to me Starts on either and runs/drives good. Idles around 900 rpm when turned off, will not restart without more either....... I have done the following: Drained and cleaned fuel tank. new in-tank fuel pump all new fuel lines and filter relocate kit new injectors Fuel shut-off...

    OK, so here is the update: starts on either and runs well.... at higher idle (1500) when i drop the throttle to 1200 it will stumble and stall will not restart without either...... I have now replaced the fuel filters a second time...... running the in tank pump each time to purge and "old fuel"...

    I will try taking the Delivery Valve back out and trying this before i open up the shut-off and work by hand..... will not be able to get to his until later in the day..... I will report my findings. Thank you for your help!

    Checked the delivery valve.... was stuck in, go it out and all cleaned up have fuel to the injectors! started on either and let run for 15 minutes at 1500 rpms went to lower some,, lowered to 1200 and it stalled will not start on it's own. what do you suggest next? thanx

    I have tried to get the center cap off the HH to test the plunger...... it is a 3/4" bolt and is tight as hell. I cannot get it to budge and do not want to break it....is it right hand thread (lefty loosey)? can i use an impact on it? or hand tools only?
