While at work the other day I saw a tie down that confused me, mostly for the tie points that were used.
The truck was hauling this piece about 150 miles over all sorts of terrain. Is this the correct way to tie a track hoe down?
What is your route your taking back, might wish to have numbers of member along the way to make sure you get home.

Just my 2 cents, buy this truck and whatever else comes with it. Return the truck back to the tractor like it should be, sell that and get a good looking 109.
This setup will not be great for offroad anything as it is since the wheels won't match the wheel wells.
I would bet that is a 109 with a wrong data plate put in place, if it was an original plate it would be riveted in place not screwed.
As for it sitting there could be many different reasons, from losing interest to transmission blew out.
Guessing that your not trying to put the whole piece of plastic in the slot, the only way would be to open the metal strip up just a little bit to make it fit.
Yes I have seen some jeep owners try fitting all the plastic through, then they smacked their heads when I showed them the right way.
