multi voltage
All the LED lights I have seen are multi voltage lights from 6 to 28 volt.. They must have a resistor chip in there???
They are nice and bright at all voltages... Post a pick..
Congrats!
Nice looking truck!!! Glad to hear you made it safe. That is one straight and nicely done M37... Your first post made it sound like you were buying a beater truck? Hell that sucker would make it to Cali.. :D
P.S. Your girl aint half bad either....

How about a m109?
One idea I had for my M109 so I could go back and forth from the cab and turn the back into a better camp unit was cutting out the back of the cab and reinforcing it and do the same to the front of the box. Then connect with a rubber boot like some campers do or have a canvas...
Typing at the same time.
We must have been typing at the same time. Just to explain a few things.
This truck was purchase by a small town in Nebraska along with another one to do a road project. During this project it blew a head gasket. The "villiage idiot" or mechanic replaced the head...
Where do I get em?
I have emailed White Owl, Memphis Equipement, and M Series rebuild. If I dont here back from one of them today I will call them and maybe try Boyce .. Thanks for your help.
What you mentioned is what I plan on doing I just need the parts and the propper tools. Who has the...
Info
Try contacting Bigbee . He is our head museum M head and has shelves upon shelves of M truck info. He may have some proving ground info and will tell you all he can about them. If he dont have it he will find it. Just a idea and he gets off on the research thing..
Well my buddy(Dave P) and I fired up the M51A2 today and it sure does has a blown head gasket. It was popping out the front of the engine. "Good thing its a compression leak and not water jacket leak into the oil". I am quoting doctor Dave P... Anyway I may be in the market for a good front head...
Most places
Most places can not do anything if it has plates and insurance on it. Unless you are in a association or Township that has passed a special rule. Mine is titled as a 2 1/2 ton pickup truck.. Do some checking at the city hall and or township hall so you know what you can do...
sounds good
How do the axle seals look? Are they leaking all over? What about tire condition? Did you put it through its paces? 6 low all gears, check all fluids, ingage the front, drain air tanks, check brake fluid, and on and on and on
I am new to the deuce scene also but that oil pressure seems...
Good job !!
Congrats on that beast! I am glad that you purchased it and are going to save it. I was making arrangements to buy it after spotting it at 5 Am the day he listed it. Hell there was 4 thousand dollars worth of rims and tires on that beast. I talked to some of my M buddys that have...
Ok .. sounds good .. over..
It sounds like you are trying your best. Just keep us posted on what he says. Did you get my PM? If it works out we would be coming with a semi and drop deck trailer... Could use some more pictures of stuff if you can swing it.
Well everything seem to work good on the truck except on thing and I cant figure it out. When I push the brake pedal the front left turn signal comes on like a brake light?? How is this possible and where do start checking to solve this? I can have the parking lights on ,all the brakes lights...
Thought it was you
Hey Paul. I watched them and thought it was you bidding. They went for cheep but like you said who knew what else was with them. I would have bought one off of you for my own deer camp set up. I have seen the burner units for sale at a good price. Not affraid of loosing a...
And it gets even better
Can you email me that table? I cant get it to print right through this posting. Send to 1cu812@charter.net
I see all the Michelins are made for 10 wide rim.. Hmmmm wonder if I will have trouble with stock M35 rim...
Thank you.
edit
Its the same diameter but is wider I think. This is a concern when using the stock narrow rims. I have been told if you pull them in to far it can give you bad tire wear and performance. Its all starting to come together for me. You all have been a big help.
Thanks again
Above he mentions the biggist tire you can run on a stock M35 rim is 1200/20. So the 1250R20 will not work on a stock rim? I am thinking of doing the hub flop and putting single 1250R/20 's on. If that will not work I will go down to the the 1100R/20 singles with stock rims and...
2 cents???
Well I would pay 5 bucks for the 2 cents you just gave. Thank you thats the kind of info I was in need of. Now the plot thickens.. I can run 900/20 radials duels right? Are any of the above mentioned tire sizes near the 900/20 size? They are metric sizes and I am not sure how clost...
