The calculations still apply--- wattage is voltage times amperage (current).... For example, 1200 watts supplied by a 12 volt source effects a current draw of 100 amps---- that same 1200 watts supplied by 120 volts would be 10 amps
So then, the 1200 watt output at 24 vdc equates to 50 amps for...
I love the omnivolt led lights in my trailers and swapped almost all of them over from incandescent lights for the mere fact that I have both 12 and 24 volt vehicles----for instance, I can tow one of my m416 trailers behind my m151, swap over to my cucv, then go the the f250 and back without...
Do you have a 60amp alternator? I had this exact problem on my deuce years ago-- turned out to be crud buildup on the commutator/brushes-- I pulled off the rear cover/regulator from the alternator and hosed it out really good with electrical contact cleaner and it has performed perfectly ever...

With the fuel filter, I have been there and done that--- it seems that the filter was a one off production with a port for the water sensor probe...... if you don't care about the probe, a standard filter will work (you just wont have that nifty little "water in fuel" light on your control...
Are you kidding me?????? Just look at how many fire departments, and other buyers they have screwed over with shoddy workmanship and bait and switch tactics.......... And I can attest to that as I have had dealings with them and got burned doing so............
I have a box of small parts about the size of a copier paper box that I need to get picked up and get over to Gimpyrobb......... Anyone going to that GL site anytime soon?
