Always replace glow plugs as a set. If one or more is burned out, the remaining plugs have been getting a
higher voltage on them and are on the way out as well.
That thermostatic switch is a Taiwan replacement - Non Original. - YMMV
Any original parts should have a NSN number and most importantly, a CAGE code
of the manufacturer. Any parts without a CAGE code could be suspect.

Run two extra wires from the turn signal harness right below the switch to
the back of the vehicle, use wires #460 and #461.
Connect these wires to a regular amber side marker lamp mounted on the body
right below the rear composite lamps on the body. Instant Yellow turn signals.
