You should have 3 wires White , Black , and Green. Switch the green with the black wire and it should take care of the winch not winding back in.

fuel plug I used a Expand Tite brand #02609 7/8" plug3 months ago and it deteriorated with a major fuel leak on a full tank last night. I do not recommend using this type of plug. It is not fuel resistant!
