Is your powers only for California Trucks or can you tell the history of other trucks in other states?

041 00571 is your USA or Hood number. The "1" is not right, It shoud be a series letter after 04. Maybe a I or L? Check the data plate.

I'm glad it was simple

Put your hand on the top of the in tank pump and have some one turn on and off the ignition switch. you should feel the pump vibrate. If it's not working, take off the top cover and check the fuse with a ohm meter.
