    TM 2320-OR/B, Rev 2, Oct 2012

Please note that GrowlerMe and Crystal Lawing are both affected by the COVID outbreak. I assume you can order, but please do not overwhelm or nag her at this time. See the sitrep (02APR20) about it here: Growler Manufacturing - Parts/ Manual Announcement Also note that while the TM 2320-OR-B...

    Air leak

Cooling. Due to the high heat of compression, a metal section was used (common on most high-performance compressors) in order to allow cooling of the hot compressed air. Acting as a much more efficient radiator than rubber or plastic hose; the metal section lowers the compressed air...

Behr Paint Code - Home Depot Update 2019

Awesome set! Any way to get the full color info for the 686 Tan (FS 33446)? I see the numbers you added, but not the formula colors used in the top "colorant" row. Thanks!

Behr Paint Code - Home Depot Update 2019

Agreed. Anyone that has pruchased this paint please post images of the barcode, or at least the printed formula for HD employees to successfully use without the "old system". My local store says they cannot help me without them. Thanks!

    M1161/M1163/M1164(trailer) Documents

I think I've identified the original starter application, and waiting for another owner to verify fit and function is correct. About $100 new for the complete 24V starter and solenoid, including shipping. You bolt the special ITV adapter/nose onto it, as shown in @1978ford250's documentation...

    Non-op compressor

Congrats! I found several replacement pressure switches online from sources like Amazon. IIRC, spec is 80-on and 100-off, so an 80-100 or 85-105 normally-closed (NC) generic unit should do well for about $10. Adjustable units are also available, but I don't think there is much need for that...

    M1161 Transmission info?

Nice. Let us know how it goes. I presume it's programmable? [EDIT - I see now it's FitTech. They know what they're doing, and generally have a good value price point] I'm more than curious what settings you find to duplicate or improve operation. Anyway, I'm looking into a pre-programmed...

    M1161 Transmission info?

In that manual I posted, there's a pin-out you can check for the DTC output wire. You can read the trouble codes on that output that might help with diagnostics. 🤷‍♂️

    M1161 Transmission info?

I suppose you could try it in one of mine at the end of the month. ;) I agree, there are other TCUs you could use, keeping in-mind you'll have to program and tune it. Generally no biggie, but I'm not yet sure of any/all special functions such as rear-steer lockout.

    Growler battery size?

Yes, there is info on the "other" ITV forum on that electronic unit (and the updated version), which functions as a voltage converter from 24V to 12V, in order to maintain battery balance. This avoids the use of one battery to supply 12V. The transmission appears to be the primary average...

    M1161 Transmission info?

Yes, the transmission fuse is an easy first check, as are loose or bad connections, and others. There is a generic troubleshooting guide from the company that makes the ITV transmission controller in a post here: 4L70E Hope that helps!

    Growler battery size?

@BPinFL - The spec is BCI group 34/78. Also use a VRLA/SLA type, AGM or Gel. 34/78 means it has both top (34 type) and side (78 type) terminals, however I have not seen ITVs use the side terminals in service. I imagine the /78 spec is to allow sharing (stocking one number) for other...

    Non-op compressor

I know you're aware of much of this, but for others in similar situations — A cheap multi-meter ($10-$20 for most work like this) is your best friend for this type of diagnostic work, quick and much safer as well. Two concepts for finding clues; first of which is to begin at a point you find...

    There’re called turn buttons

I found a set that look the same locally, and they are about 7/8" center-to-center on the holes. Can someone confirm this is correct? They also say "For 1/4" material". Does that also sound correct? They look about right when viewing through the package. but ...

    M1161/M1163/M1164(trailer) Documents

I haven't needed to investigate the starters yet, but did a little research for "what if". I found used and new 12V starters are fairly common in Europe, so I ordered a used Bosch (about $80 + $45 shipping) for a backup to rewire. I also took the info I had to a local electric motor repair...

    M1161/M1163/M1164(trailer) Documents

I see the frustration. I am having great luck, and it may be that I am not looking at it as military vehicle, but rather a custom off-road rig made with commercial parts. To me, that's what it is, and I'm finding everything I'm needing so far, from the Chevy 1500 master cylinder at the auto...

    M1161/M1163/M1164(trailer) Documents

Good point. @1978ford250 - is there a release sheet somewhere for those, allowing distribution? Probably a subject for another thread, but as you brought it up - what about the platform is "crappy"? Keeping in-mind the needs of the Corps versus our uses - two different perspectives. From...

    Oil filter

Yes, I know all the noise out there about them, and also the updated info that shows which Fram versions are crap and which of theirs are actually OK. My point was to find any options for ITV users as the selection is so small out there. This one is to Euro commercial spec's, and I'll verify...

    Oil filter

I have a Fram coming in (about $30 total). I ordered a Hengst from a place in Tenn ($20 shipped), but they're on back-order. If you're in a hurry, NAPA has them (made by WIX, which is owned by Mann & Hummel), but they're expensive: https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/FIL107414?keywordInput=107414...
