    Manual CTIS control how to.

If you put the regulators after the ball valves its much harder to get the psi set where you want because the regulator won't read the set pressure till that much air is in the line. With the regulator before the valves it shows the full pressure you have set it too. We tried it with ball valve...

Yup we had blast. Sucks we couldn't find you guys after we stopped for lunch. We ran a bunch of trails on the north side. Alot green but a few black trails also. We hit up BFG hill. That was fun I got all the way up the top rocks and couldn't go anymore so broke out the winch again to pull me up...

PA - Fall 2016 Rausch Creek Steel Soldiers Rally

I think we have 3 trucks coming from my area. If Lucas gets his truck set up to pull his 5th wheel camper we're bringing it and will be there Friday evening. Otherwise we'll probably just get hotel rooms.

M925A2 Cold Start Test and Result, -11F (Michigan 1/6/14), Cummins 8.3L

After the replacement of the rubber lines and a screw on fuel filter and figuring out that the shutoff lever on the engine is sticky in te cold my 8.3 fires right up now. found the trick to mine is as I'm cranking I pull the manual fuel shut off out a pinch and shove it back in. only in cold...

M939 winch install (Pics & Video)

I just did this install also on a BMY 931A2. I went about the hoses and controls a different way. I didn't like how low the hoses were under the truck so I made my own plumbing. and I used off the shelf cables and made a lever setup of my own. I'll take some pics and post. My pto was for a A1...

    I. P. Question on the 8.3

my truck does the same thing. as I start to crank it I'll pull the manual shutoff lever out a little then shove it back in real quick and it will trip the lever since the cable runs through it and the truck will fire right up. just seems there is something catching on it or the spring is getting...

    Manual CTIS control how to.

Correct. There is 2 lines into the control box on the floor one is the feed from the truck the other is the line to the ctis system. the one with the water separator is the feed in that you hook to the regulator the other hook to the outlet of the T.

    Manual CTIS control how to.

I don't have a pic of the one I built because it's in a truck that's not here so credit to the pics owner. (edit) I found the owner of the pic is tjhuffy and he also did this setup to his LMTV earlier this year. This is how to bypass the ctis controller to make it a manual system if you are...

M939 CTIS Reprogram, Anybody Done It?

Yup that's what I built. Just my T is in a different configuration but works the same either way. You can air up or air down with ease just set regulator to desired pressure open the feed it'll air up or down to the pressure you have set and then shut off the feed and open the dump and it...

M939 CTIS Reprogram, Anybody Done It?

I can, I've been getting asked about it more often. It's very simple. I'll take a few pics. I showed another friend how to do it and he then did it to his and it works great too.

M939 CTIS Reprogram, Anybody Done It?

I built a manual control unit for my buddies M923 he didn't have much money to throw at it for parts so after a system pressure check and fixing any leaks we still couldn't get the system to work right and I think the unit on the floor is the culprit. The manual control works great and he now...
