    Brake bleeding procedures m-809

If you don't have a power bleeder, I recommend you get one. Takes about 5 minutes to bleed all your brakes! Well maybe longer because of all the walking around, but you get the picture. Its fast! I have the Motive 250 brake bleeder kit, just a little modifying and it works on the 5 ton...

Not the way it’s supposed to be

I just noticed that your brakes are rotated in the wrong direction, the wheel cylinder should be at the 12'o clock position.

Not the way it’s supposed to be

Rear only has the adjusting nut, key and the snap lock ring to stop the adjusting nut from coming off. All late 14 bolts are like that, early 14 bolts had an adjusting nut, followed by a lock washer, then a lock nut. The front has an adjusting nut followed by the lock washer, then a lock nut.

    Request advice - P400 coming

If it where me, I would get a new db2-4911 pump then turn the fuel screw up, add some new higher pop pressure injectors. Install a turbo, I know you didn't want to mess with it, but what a difference the turbo makes. Before the turbo it took almost 3/4 throttle to keep it at 70 mph. Going...

    Fuel Mileage..

Mine seems to get around 17-18 driving back and forth to work. If I do a lot of stop and go, it gets around 15. It's never dropped below 15 mpg.

Differences between 6.2 and 6.5 injectors + references on Bostic

Looking at the hp numbers on his site and considering all the re-work they have done to that engine. I bet those numbers are modest. Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk

Differences between 6.2 and 6.5 injectors + references on Bostic

Using 6.2 injectors or 6.5 injectors doesn't matter unless they are coarse thread 6.2 injectors. What matters is the pump, the 6.2 pump has smaller plungers in the injection head, thereby not providing as much fuel to the engine. Even if you turn up the screw its still not going to be enough...

instaling a new diesel motor in my m1008

If your running the stock tire size of 235 - 85 - 16 with 4.56's gears and the turbo 400 transmission, your rpm's should be at 2650 at 55mph. The governor is set to 3600 rpm. You will not blow up the motor at 55 mph. If you constantly run at the governor then you may risk braking the crank...

instaling a new diesel motor in my m1008

Checked the vin, that vin number is wrong. Doesn't exist. Think someone just trolling. My 6.2 with a 700r4 can get me up to 70 mph with no problems, I can even pull my matching trailer with it at 70 mph while going up a hill.

    M813 Batteries / Charging

Yes I agree, but when I was down there and questioned you about the batteries and the alternator you got really defensive so I dropped it. I don't like to argue. I just figured no big deal, I will just replace those items at a later date. By the time I got home after a 5 hour drive the...
