Once again i had a blast hanging out with the crew, seeing old friends, and making new ones. Looking up at John (1stSarge), and seeing him holding DocFarmall's wrinkled nut sack was pretty funny. Of course you'll have these types of things with your bigger better rallies.

I bought a set of the LED military tail lights off Ebay. Then i spliced into the original plug harness for the civy plug. My Mil plug still works and the LED's don't care about the voltage difference.

Prices have come down on H1's. There were a couple ugly conversions that were priced higher than what i paid for the 96. I think we all are a little confused as far as what parts you will be putting on.

The bolts on the outside have at least 5 times the clamping pressure as the lugs. If torqued properly, you won't have an issue. Somebody correct me if wrong but i believe it 450 ftlb's.

So did you buy separate plates,and wheels, or welded center wheels? Are you saying the hole in the plate is too big for the splines to catch?

I have 2 M101a3s i need to get from Sill to Michigan, my EUC just cleared, and the time i had to drive there seems to be drying up. If anybody is headed this way, let me know.

That is a water soluble oil. If you have any water in the tank it will be dispersed thru the whole tank. Other than that, i'm not sure what additives it has, be careful. ETA after rereading, is this used coolant from the machines, or leftover unused coolant? If it's used you have about 90-95%...
