I accidentally ran my M931a2 out of fuel and same thing, hard to start even when I thought I had it primed it. I started it with starting fluid and just kept it running using the either until it ran on its own. Probabily used half a can of either but it worked.

Its more than likely the master cylinder, Mine did the same thing, after I took off the master cylinder by taking off the two nuts that's secure it to the booster I noticed the cylinder was leaking from the back of it there it bolt up to the booster. I had a spare, put it on and it worked fine...

I picked up a M931a2 that had them installed too, the batteries were 3 years old, but two of them would not hold a charge low volts so they wont keep a charge on them. had to convert to a two battery system to keep from buying two more batteries, work fine now

Yes you will need to get a permit, But you will probably need a permit through each state you drive through. Here in texas you just need proof of insurance and go to the local tax office to purchase the permits....... It is so simple to answer a question, good luck

I have a M931a2 and I will haul a 40 foot gooseneck trailer with 20 round bales at 1,000 lbs apiece. It does it fine on straight road but slows down a lot on hills, but it does what I need it to. It will do 60 mph while loaded on flat roads
