I disconnected the start button, the starter stayed engaged. I disconnected the relay and starter still was engaged. I then disconnected solenoid and starter was still engaged. At this point only the main power and ground are connected and starter still engages. Must be a short internally...

A couple weeks ago I went to crank my deuce (no fuel issue). Anyway I was pressing the start button and let go but the starter kept turning. I disconnected the batteries. I went out the next day and connected the batteries and the starter started up again. What could be the issue with this...

    Easter Bobbing

Yes, the tractor is very handy for these projects. It is not necessary to extend the driveshaft if you use a cargo bed cut down. If you use a m105 trailer you'd have to put the axle back about 5" so that the wheels are centered in the wheel well other wise it would just look wrong. Having a...

    Easter Bobbing

Getting there I am posting pictures of the 2 bobbers that I am currently building. 1 is a shortie (the cargo bed one) and I am extending the other 1 by about a foot. The extended one will have the M105 trailer bed on it.

Pics etc.... Got the drive shaft extended, a set of front springs, rims, tires, adapters, etc... should come together in the few weeks weather permitting.

Crap. Found this broken large bolt in driveway, with pic.

To get broken bolts out I usually mig weld a nut to the broken stud and just use a socket to back it out. The welding heats the stud and they usually brake free. Good luck.

Bobbing my M931 Suggestions, Advice, Recommendations for a trailer bed installation??

Hey Joe, did you need your driveshaft lengthened? If so, I just dropped mine off at Jons Shafts he quoted me $140. Im having mine lengthened 11" with a total shaft end to end about 63". I should have it babk tomorrow.

    Easter Bobbing

Removed the rear suspension on my 3rd project bobber (in under an hour) it gets easier everytime. I also cut off the rear section of frame. This will have an M105 trailer bed on it. I'm leaving space between the cab and bed (like Hanksdeuce)so I can have a place to put my acetylene and oxygen...

    Driveshaft question

I am going to have my drive shaft extended. My question is: Can I use the back driveshaft (the small one)? Is it the same as the front driveshaft just shorter? If I can have the back one extended I can keep my other original if I need to use it on another truck. How about cost to extend it...
