RE: wheel cylinders I did mine like M215 did. The TM says to take off the drum and then take off the hub, if you're going to have to pull the hub anyway might as well pull them as an assembly, less work, don't forget to torque the bearing nuts on re-assembly.

That's how I mounted mine, I also didn't like the pole mount behind the cab, way to high, fender placement makes tying down alot easier. I didn't get the rear brace with my mount,didn't know about it, I mounted the bracket farther forward and put the scoop onefacing the rear.

Could be sender,mine did the same thing,after cleaning all the elec connections and grounds, it got better but still wasn't right, new sender solved the problem. I also checked it with a mechanical gauge,just to be sure.

The 24V headlamp bulbs are the same,just take the rubber seals off the wires on the new bulb (Packard) a little liquid soap helps, and replace it with the metal Douglas shell.
