hey any help greatly apriciated im in a jam between to mechanic opinions on my 84 m1009 i had a bad controller modual and the guy that did it couldnt find a "military" one to replace it so they hot wired a button to my dash for the plugs its been running loud until it heats up, like knocking...

hey ive got a 84 m1009 and i need a new high pressure fue pump, the big expensive one has anyone done one of these before how much did it cost and where could i find a cheap one thanks so much -spencer

gloplug realay/solinoid i have the same prob flip the key on and off a bunch of times to get it workign untill you get a new one in

my 1984 cucv M1009 has a leaky fuel filter i don't think its the element it seems to be coming from like the back side mybe but it definatly leakign and causeng stalling after starting was wonderig if anyone else has had this problem and if there was an easy fix 8-)

mmm i tested it by putting the negative lead on the right big peg and the possitive on the left, is that totally wrong, thanks for all your help on this

hey i have a 12v starter/system(i was told but not possitive) and i checked the volts on the large studs with key at run and i got 12v so i don't know if this means it works?

dude straight veg oil you can mix it in with you diesle after gettign free from a resurant and simply filterign it or get a kit from a couple of places that are making them to run just veg oil plantdrive.com greasecar.com

hey i was wonderign if anyone could help me, my m1009 won't start (orturn over), the oil light is on, the one over the gen warning lights, and when i turn the key to start it goes off but the water temp light comes on, under the spedometer, and nothing else happens what should i do...
