Ill drain the tanks and really get into a manual for this if i can pinpoint its actual make model and motor and then i can really understand the issues and how to fix them. Thank you all for your help and ill see what i can find out this afternoon and report back.

yes it is building pressure and the gauge says 120-125 psi, however brakes are firm as usual so id say the hydrolic part is working but there is an issue with the air (again have not drained tanks) could be the "main" problem?

The pedal is not hard but firm and it will press like usual but there is no air sounds releasing air as usually happens. I am unsure of the trucks true "Model" Its titled a 1975 yet i am unsure. Its got a big winch on it and its a multifuel turbo motor to my understanding.

yes i completely flushed and refilled it with new DOT 5 when i rebuilt the brake cyl. And it sounds like the Air tanks are probably needing a drain First thing! As for the fluid level i will be checking that again and will bleed if need be. But since there is no air release noise when i press...

That should be the one then. I would like to try and drain any moisture from it and see if that fixes it before just replacing parts if i can get away with it. Everything on is it overkill so it makes sense it should last. Also my thought process (stupid as it may be) tells me if it worked when...

Another option i may have to consider is shutting the truck off and manually attaching an air compressor to the system and filling it up to listen for leaks. Has anyone done this with success ? Im trying to troubleshoot here but being honest im new to this and new to these "big truck" issues. I...

Its Air over hydrologic. Also i read something about an air spring override but i cant seem to locate that and not sure if that would have done me any justice anyways.

I am not really sure about the red and yellow buttons but i can tell you that the low are light indicator is on i believe. This is a 1975 model 5 speed manual.
