I have a 1028, I got a 4L80 . I used to build transmissions yrs ago. wish me luck lol, but has anyone here done that swap?( it has the 400 Turbo in it now), I know it needs a stand- alone computer to make it shift , and driveshaft work. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Lowtech were the 11:00's like NDT ( like the org 9:00's?) or xml's I'd like to see some single and dual wheel pictures if people would post. I've been saving my change a long time and its about time to get the tires . either 11:00 dueals ( I like the looks of the xml"s or im going 395"s. Thanks

I like the looks of the 12:00's xml's all the 11:00's I see look like street tires ( I want aggressive for looks and purpose)

will the 2 tires rub each other when using them as duals or is 11:00 as wide as I can get away with?

I may see in the morning If I can get all the bleeder screws to break loose then just run the dot5 thru it? Im guessing start bleeding at the right rear and work my way up to the airpack. Thanks

A composite fan mounted on a clutch-type mount would be nice! I wouldn't intentionally go thru 4-5 ft of water or whatever - so/ but if someone did I would think the clutch may slow it down or maybe stop it from breaking?? I was watching a video when back in the ( maybe 1960's) the military...
