Changed fuel filters in MEP-803A... now it won't start.

After that, I left the separator alone. I'm afraid to attempt it now. Only found those two screws after my ordeal ( and then reading the manual). Glad your running again. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Changed fuel filters in MEP-803A... now it won't start.

I did the same on my 802. I only changed out the cartridge filter and had to bleed it. Open the two screws on top of the rail filter and turn it to prime untill fuel comes out. Tighten them and crack the line leaving each injector till you get a good flow. I'm sure someone else will have a...

Ahh, I see that now. Don't take this wrong, but you are using the clamp to measure amps and NOT volts correct? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    Mep-802 parts?

Hello everyone, I was wondering who may have some spare parts for sale? I'm looking for an alternator pulley, I found mine with one of the serpentine grooves mashed over. The good is the belt worn to accept it, however I would like to get it right. So if anyone has a spare, please message me a...

    MEP-802A/803A gauge lighting

Glad to hear you have the same issue, mine has that same look, thought it was dirt, but more like mild condensation. Was thinking if I could open the gauges and clean the glass. Add to the lists of mods I guess. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    MEP-802A/803A gauge lighting

    MEP-802A/803A gauge lighting

Awesome mod! I have to ask where you got the sockets from, lucky I have the bulbs at work. I ran into trouble finding the green bulbs for the panel. So I made an LED replacement using the base of a night light bulb, changing the resistor value on a few eBay 194 (12V) LED bulbs, and some epoxy...

RV hook up to a MEP-803a

As an electrician, always always double check your work. It's better to see an oops in front of your coworkers than turn something on and have a firework show, oh and an expensive day in front of them I had a brother in law (who figured he can do it better) back feed his house from a garage...

RV hook up to a MEP-803a

Typically an RV with a 50A plug doesn't use 50A @ 240v to say, it's using 50A per a hot leg (120v) and sharing the neutral. RV AC units are almost 30 Amps a piece and if your running duals that would put you at 60A @ 120V if using only one hot leg. And then add your TV, radio, lighting and so...
