I just knocked the bottom of the screen off , I can see the bottom now and there is debris in the bottom no not rusty like I was expecting.
Working on changing the fuel filter now. Id like to do the duel fuel line mod while I've got the system open. But I can't find a write up anywhere???
I looked at the filler screen last night and cannot see how it would unscrew at all. Does anybody have any pics or more detail? I can't get a good look or feel into the tank with it in the way
I honestly did not think it would be an issue, I've skipped title on lots of cars. He had all the paper work and gave it to me along with a bill of sale. I just didn't know that it's only good for the original purchaser.
Well he gave me the the sf-97, the sf-97 reassignment form, and a bill of sale. It sounds like he's gonna help me with getting it done I just don't know if there is any easy way.
The 923 I recently purchased was never titled by the past owner. He bought the truck from GL out of Barstow. And never did anything with it. I didn't think it would be a problem, but I went to get a title an the dmv says that GL must get the title as their name is on the sf-97.

Mine will rev and drive, but sometimes around town there is a noticeable difference in power. It seems that if I let it sit for about 15 min it had decent power for about 10 min then falls off a cliff

No it needs to have the plastic strip on the front put back on . We pulled it off becuase it was flapping in the wind bad.
And it was such a beautiful day it was nice to have the top off, sunny an 75 all day
