I had to call the DLA customer support number. They said that since I was over 60 business days they could put in a ticket. That was on a Thursday. After about 3 emails needing info on who, what, and when I got one that said that they got the cert. for GL that I should hear from them soon...

You might try another state farm agent. Mine knew exactly what I had and it was no problem.

I just won a M35 on GL. I called my state farm guy and he told me about 300 a year if i drive less than 7500 miles a year. Thats just for liability.
