    What kind of sealer ?

    I have to re-attach the part over the cab on my ambulance back to the cab and back portion. What kind of sealer / caulk should be use ? I went to West Marine, and Home Depot but came home empty handed , I must have read every tube in there but just got more confused . Any ideas will be helpful

    your are right itis a vaccum canister . has anybody every seen one on another ambulance . there is no vaccum on the truck, heater is manual control cables . but being a rescue squad in its former life, maybe they had some special equimpent onboard. i dont really know ,just a guess

    I did use a heat gun. the vinyl came off easy , its the glue thats the tuff part, lacquer thinner does work , just takes time .
