Waiting on some warmer weather to get some painting done. Most of the small parts are done, mechanically I ran through everything before tearing it down. Great runner now. Just doing up the bodywork.

did all lu-4's come with the brake? mine does not have one. I dont know if I have a early model but it does not have the "Braden Winch Co" in the semicircle on the right side either, but it does have LU-4 with the corresponding part number on each piece so I do believe its the genuine article...
I should have figured you wouldnt have gone that far and skipped that part. Whoever most recently repainted mine (Fire Dept) decided no welting, just smear bondo with your finger to fill that gap :shock:
