Does it still have motor oil in the transmission or has some one changed it to transmission fluid (red) if its still oil find any where you can gen get 15/40 make sure its full drive it till it starts to warm up pull over let it cool for a while limp home in 50 mile jumps if it feels ok to drive...
I looked back and saw you have a 1078 if you cant find a lowboy a medium twin screw wrecker can lift the front and tow it the driver will pull whatever he need axle /shaft probly cheaper but i bet that bill would be $600 or better
Maybe someone on here knows what shafts have to be working and if you can drop the front one or if you can drop the back shaft if you have a 5 ton i dont know which truck u have 2 or 3 axles
