    Lunette to ball

This looks like a good fix for me, just wondering what would keep the lunette ring from rotating around the post that goes through the ring? I could be wrong but I think that should be a fixed point and the whole trailer should rotate on the ball. I know i must be missing something.

    Lunette to ball

These are great responses guys and after looking at the Croft breakdown page I'm convinced that I don't want to spend $200.00+ to switch to a ball reciever. Thanks for all the input. And if there are still some with examples of converter hitch recievers from lunette ring to ball reciever I still...

    Lunette to ball

I likely not going to replace the whole mechanisim, I recently bought a new master brake cylinder so if I can't modify it to a ball receiver I will just rebuild the entire brake system and use the lunette ring.

    Lunette to ball

I have this pintle/ball hitch. The issue is that the trailer lunette ring seems to have to much slop and bangs forward when I brake and bangs backward when I accelerate from a stop. Is there anything I can do without trying to replace the ring with a ball socket.

    Lunette to ball

Has anyone replaced your lunette ring on you brake actuator with a 1 7/8" or 2" ball receiver? If so where did you find the parts to do it? This is in reference to an M101A2 or similar trailer with this type brake actuator.

I'm going to replace all the electrical connectors on my M101A2 because all the rubber boots are rotted and I purchased a round 7 pin connector with 8ft cable that I will put in place of the original plug. I found the exact same connectors at Midwest Jeep but I'm not familiar with the type of...

Won an M101A2 & need some help

DennisS - I'm fairly certain that the M101A1 (M101) will fit, however if you call they will be able to help you get the correct cover. I believe the number is on their web site. Nick54

Won an M101A2 & need some help

Mike, I'll be sure to keep an eye out as I'm just getting to establish some resourses for parts. I'm looking for lights now but I did find a 7 blade round connector with 8' of wire that I will fit with pin connectors and put in place of the oe 12 pin connector. I'll likely keep that in the event...

Won an M101A2 & need some help

Ya there are corners on the bows however I have one that someone beat the crap out of. Judging by how hard it was to get them out, I can see why someone beat it with a hammer, It's smashed up pretty bad.

Won an M101A2 & need some help
