If you go with the original Mopar, it has to be the M-75, not just a civilian 361 big block. The M-75 has a longer crank with an extended flange for the transmission.

We attend the annual SOS Militaria Show there every winter and stay right across the street. The airport is no problem at all. The flightpaths are to the south.
Looks pretty good, especially compared to some of the other attempts running around. They look more intimidating without the skirt armor. Too bad the six road axle is too complex to add although there is one back East with 12 axles. Cool.

The original pump is not that hard to access by removing the left battery and accessing through the left escape hatch. I never had any problems with the stock mechanical pump as the Ferret is virtually a gravity feed system anyway given the tank location. I would purchase a rebuilt pump or...
