Curtis,
14.00x20 Michelin XL series military truck tires work great and can be found very reasonably priced. Goodyears are good, too. I paid $125 each for the last ones that were 95%. Check on eBay.
The V-100 transfer case was made by Rockwell and the model was only used in the V-100. It is virtually impossible to find, with the last one I know, selling for $12K.
Some of the Vietnam M-706's were refurbed at the Lexington (Ky) Army Depot in 1975 and destined for Germany. Defense cuts in 1976 ended the plan.
The one in the photo does not appear to have U.S. military spec colors, and although it is similar to the standardized three color NATO pattern, in...
Those V-100's are indeed at Joe McClain's museum in Anderson IN. The one in his collection is a rare M-76 with two extra side windows but otherwise late production. The two outside belong to the federal museum program and were part of Fred Ropke's collection until he went private upon his move...

The idea of a common criminal using a laser to disable a camera I believe is a bit beyond the realm. First, criminals are not likely to have that type of laser. Second, if they did, they would probably be aware that all they're doing is disabling a camera, not injuring anyone. Third, as Gerald...
British Bronze Green is correct for a British vehicle of the 1960's, but it was never regarded as NATO Green. NATO vehicle colors were not standardized until the 1980's, with the British using a color virtually the same as 34079 Forest Green and Black.
Since Bronze Green is a gloss color, you...
A brand new air show is going to be held at the Middletown airport (20 miles south of Dayton) on Sept 20-21, 2008.
The First Annual "Wings of Freedom" show. Many warbirds are invited to attend with a B-17 and two B-25's signed on.
More importantly, they really want it to be an MV show and...
