    Looking for specifications axis M101 A3 3/4

The wheel bearings are common civilian parts and they should be available to you over there also at an auto parts store. Do they still have the numbers that can be read? If so they should be able to cross reference. If not. Let met know and I will post. The other 2 items are military specific...

    Looking for specifications axis M101 A3 3/4

There is supposed to be a rubber block bushing on the springs with a u clamp that limits travel in case of bottoming out. They are difficult to find if the rubber is damaged.

    Looking for specifications axis M101 A3 3/4

Welcome to Steel Soldiers and a good looking trailer ! A3 trailer has a slightly higher weight capacity than a A2. Max weight is 3160lbs on that axle. The reality is that is probably underrated and can handle more. I have put more than that in a2 and absolutely no problem in a 4 hour ride...

Mounted my spare on my M101a2

The early m101's had many mount the tire just like that from an inbed m37 mount.

Add 7 blade /4 pin receptacle to M939

Best way is to use military Y's and the oe connectors to maintain your wiring intergrity and waterproofing instead of splicing. Many vendors sell the y's and wiring tid bits that advertise here or epay...

    M1061 modifications

You are wise to beef up the jack. Mine had 2 pins/handles totally trashed. I suspect the trailer was moved with the jacks still down but who knows if that was military or the GSA folks where I got it.....

    M101A3 Upgrades

Common civy utility and boat trailer 8 bolt. Any 8 bolt from 70-early 90's non metric chevy , Ford, or dodge 3/4 ton pick up. Center hole does not matter as these are lug centric. Easy to find at junk yards.

    New HMMWV initial service

The fuel filter & green water separator is hmmwv military specific. All others are common auto parts store items. Seems very pricey to me.

    M101A3 Upgrades

Just a fyi that m105 and m101 use the same bow. They can be adjusted to either width. Sometimes they can be found cheaper when searching for m105 bows.😀

Options/Opinions on Equipment Type Trailer to Pull Behind a Deuce.

Xm1073 is air over hydraulic. 2 boosters and 2 master cyls. One per axle since they are 4 hubs with dual axle. They are the same booster and master cyl as the m103 and m820 etc that are air over hydraulic.

Options/Opinions on Equipment Type Trailer to Pull Behind a Deuce.

That difference strikes me as odd. I thought the flat tops were the same size or maybe the xm1073 as an inch or 2 bigger due to the outer channel beam construction? The laundry external Frame I put on mine was off a m1061 trailer and fit the xm1073 perfectly so I am going to double down the tops...

Options/Opinions on Equipment Type Trailer to Pull Behind a Deuce.

    M101a2 wheel- what valve stem?

It can use a standard rubber stem but mine needed the bigger diameter not the regular auromotive one. Used on older 3/4 & 1 ton Tr425 is the correct bigger diameter.

    M1061 modifications

If you take off the rear wheel chock brackets and want to make a few $ back for your project; I would be interested as my xm1073 did not have those.

LOUISIANA PROPOSED NEW LAW : HB 549 Provides for Military Surplus Motor Vehicles

If they still do vin. That would be the cheapest especially long haul.

LOUISIANA PROPOSED NEW LAW : HB 549 Provides for Military Surplus Motor Vehicles

Check post 184 for wording and application for surplus plate. Interstate and speed limit restrictions did NOT make into the bill. La stencil law is still on the books and as far as I know still valid. No one on ss has posted if they had issues with stencil vin since plate passed so unknown...

Good vendor for Humvee covers and doors going out of business

If you are a valid reseller or non profit with a tax exempt id number, they would let you order. They got out of the retail business due to the tax collect and remitting nightmare of trying to do it nationwide. They also sold the small part gizmos like handles and strikers etc.
