I printed the box! It's my first time printing with ASA. Now I just need the mounting plate to stop warping... I'm thinking about acetone-smoothing it to reduce the visibility of the layer lines.

You'll want to flip the hubs and run the super singles dish-out. Your rear axle bearings will thank you if you carry any meaningful loads in the back.

Is there any concern about the torque rod overcoming the washer? I take it there isn't since the Canadian Army has done it just fine. It probably doesn't help that I don't have a clear understanding of how the rods work and what the rubber bushing is supposed to do.

How were those done? Were the dogbones removed and put on the drill press? Or just a steady hand with a big drill? :p

Does your gauge cluster have panel lights? That parking brake light went where one of the panel lights is supposed to go.

Wow that axle was bent! But considering it's a 2 1/2-ton dump, I imagine it was something about overloading that would've caused that damage? I was hoping the axle itself would be bent back, not just replaced :p Still a neat video!
