So today I took the 5 ton to Mamou, Louisiana for some fun in the mud....
She ended up working pulling people out almost more than just having fun...
Anyway... on my way home I lost all air.... on the side of the road @fuzzytoaster and @charlesmann came through with some troushooting...
Great job on the fix! I can't speak to the other issues, but I know our front blinkers don't act as parking lights... at least as far as I have been able to find.
Great troubleshooting tip right here. It takes the truck completely out of the circuit and removed the draw.

I believe you need to move your probe to the "Amp" (red) probe.
You should have a "high" or standard Amp port and a "low" Amp port. Wrong port and you blow a fuse.
Without seeing the entire face of the meter, I can't tell.

It just occurred to me to make sure I have a spare serpentine belt. After checking the 5 ton parts list, it isn't listed.
Does anyone have a crossover number for NAPA, O'Reillys etc?
Update. Went ahead and flat mounted them to the toolbox using u-bolts with rubber washers and silicone to provide water proofing. First I washed it all down and repainted starting with a green primer, then Camo green and flat black....

So, I posted pics of my 5 ton on a local truck club fb page and gave a little history of the truck (that it belonged to a combat support hospital.)
A local man messaged me and asked which unit, so I sent him pics of the front bumper.
He was in that unit with my truck! He just came by and...
