That sucks, I would contact them and ask them.
I mean if it has evidence of being installed, just let them know it had evidence of being installed before you put it on. (Or don't even mention that you installed it yet)
I think I found on mine that the main culprit of an imbalance was the rim...
I used A/c o-rings to center the wheel faces, worked great IMO.
To balance, I set them out in the sun at 50psi for a few hours.
Then i let the air out and rotated the tires on the wheels while on the balancer. Basically this allowed to put the light spot on the tire where either the heavy spot...
All installed. All balanced to Zero (needed 9, 4, 5 and 6.5oz)
No inserts, No beads, i left the hummer rings off for now, and it rides pretty smooth up to 70.
so I decided to try a few different configurations. I've read it's extremely hard to remove the run flats one installed, so for this first try, I installed them without the run flats.
The run flats do seem to be quiet pliable, I'm hoping I don't have to issue that you had with the PVC.
Well little update
Yes I checked the rim for runout and its very minimal.
But when the tire was on there, there was a very noticable run out.
This morning, I checked it again and it's down to needing 9oz and the run out looks less.
Weird?
My hunch is the tire is deformed due to shipping...
Well, my new 24bolts arrived and i picked up some runflats local.
I was going to order a set up TWF PVC beadlocks, but they are now $560 SHIPPED.
So I think im going to find some PVC local and cut my own.
For now, I need to decide runflats, or no run flats. Smoothness is paramount, but i wanna...
How wide are your TWF PVC spacers?
I went to install the tires today and put one of my 12 bolts rims on the balancer by itself... Nope

I ordered a set of 24 bolts from feltz
Trying to decide on inserts. I'm can get local rubber...
Price does fluctuate quite a bit. I've actually check simple tire probably weekly, since before this thread started.
I actually did buy them from their eBay store, I had them in my cart for over a month, and then I got a push notification that the price had been lowered. That's what pushed me...
It would appear they are out of stock, but it was at this link :

Alternatively, they still show in stock on their eBay store...
My petlas came in today. look good, DOT 0824, so, lots of life. $390 ea shipped from simple tire.
Look like i will NOT be installing the bead locks, sorry for your troubles Mogman, thanks for the write up.
I am not yet sure the plan with balancing them. I own a balancer, i remember a few of my...
Kept looking, still couldn't find any 14 bolts local much less one in my width
End up trying three different Detroit lockers, had to send them all back. Somebody pointed me to a guy named Carl jantz out of WA.
He apparently has a lot of experience with these odd axles.
Anyway, he said at Dana...
..... Well that brings me to the rear axle.... which is a thorn in my side.
Lots of return/restocking fees on failed installs.
I'm not giving up..... Yet
My rig has a dana 60 front and a ultra rare super 70 in the rear... more on that later.
Both are just open diffs and so i really wanted to get some traction devices in there.
For the front i opted on a lunchbox, mostly since there was one local on marketplace from cheap, but ive have great luck...
One thing that always really bothered me was the worn drivers seat. I actually have been searching since i got this for new seat, but to no avail. I actually was considering having the entire interior reupholstered, but at the same time still wanted the original look.
Finally hillbilly got a new...
