    M925 Starter shims?

That's an odd issue to just "happen" and continue to occur with a new unit. I've seen similar issues when the teeth on the flex plate haven been broken off and the starter gear has nothing to engage into. Did you check your flex plate ring gear before you installed the new starter?

    Govplanet pickup /Barstow

I was just at MCLB as well picking up baby SeaTrain containers, there are a bunch of the HMMWV's waiting for pick-up from GP auctions. No loading docks RobertoGatos have been offered for use, even though the train tracks run right behind the pick-up lot. I've watched them use a large forklift to...

    Which torque multiplier ?

You'll have to pack a lunch and dinner if your planning on running a 1" impact gun off of your glad hand truck air supply. A 1" gun normally is supplied air from a 2-stage compressor with a minimum of a 1/2" air supply line. The manual torque multiplier and 24V slave cable 3/4" to speed off the...

    Govplanet pickup /Barstow

bob69302, no all of my trucks were various configurations of M939's. The offroad only contract is a liability "protection" for the vendor to comply with the Fed DOT. I don't know how close you are to SLO, I have a bunch of Hunter medium towbars, I could loan you one for the recovery . You'll...

    Govplanet pickup /Barstow

I've picked up scores of trailers and 7 trucks from Barstow. You enter thru the back gate, not the front gate. Everything I've bought since 2012 has been driven if it had an engine or towed if it had a pintle hitch. I've even relied on a M932A2 starting and then hooked up my M146 semi and towed...

    CTIS PCU Chattering Then Faults

So it looks like I just need to replace the 3 solenoids to avoid the back and forth chasing? Where did you source your solenoids from? My truck worked perfectly from time of purchase until winter weather dipped down into the 20's. I thought it might be condensation freezing in the system however...

    M923A2 16R20 Tire Conversion

HEMETT wheels will avoid rubbing on the pitman arm, the offset sets the track wider on the front wheels.

    CTIS PCU Chattering Then Faults

I've got the same problem with my M932A2, where did you find the PCU? New or used?

M939A2 Adjustable return fuel check valve.

Nice find brother! I'll wait for your progress report and pick one up for my M932A2. Now if I could only find a source for the one-way check valve on my M936A1 NHC250 injection return line...no luck so far.

What does your oil pressure gauge read

I've got two 8.3's, both idle around 10 psi at hot idle. Scared me too, only comfort was having two of them showing the same operating oil temp

    M1113 eye candy

Where do you find the steel channel flooring and/or name of it? I have a M715 with a collapsed rear bed, that would be the perfect replacement for it.

Nhc250 ip vacuum/ fuel line rating

Subscribed. Looking to do the same thing on a M936A1 to eliminate possible gremlins in the fuel system...I was going to spec out green strip but won't rule out Gates.

    M936A1 Wrecker PT pump screen?

Thanks to Swamp Donkey, both M35A2-AZ and I located 2 possibilities on the bottom of our pumps. Mine has a small diameter flush mount hex plug on the very bottom of the pump. Further back and upwards there is a machined recess with what looks like a 7/16" hex bolt. That would seem to be the...
