Actuator, Air Fan Clutch for M923a1

I also put a manual switch in my cab to turn on the fan. Yes the solenoid needs to be a n/c one. But most of the truck ones will do both, you just have to move the vent. I do have the stock actuator if you need one, I'm going to switch over to all elec. ones in my trucks.

Actuator, Air Fan Clutch for M923a1

Yes you are right, the system has to vent the air when it turns off. I just went though this with my AC install. You have to use a solenoid that vents when it closes.

    Rear Marker Lights ? Fuse?

The trucks have no fuses, there is some breakers on the fire wall but one is for the horn and the other is for...can not remember. The breakers reset on there own. You may need to check the ground for the light and check the connection of the plug.

I will try the things listed. I was thinking of getting the injectors tested and see if that helps and what they find. Not sure when but I will work on it. Thanks for all the info. and things to try.

Deuce starting problem, runs fine after started

I tried running the fuel pump for 5 min., no change in the way it starts. It turns over and kicks off but it runs rough for about 5-10sec. then it is fine.

Deuce starting problem, runs fine after started

It has done this from day one. I am sure the fuel pump is working, I get fuel out if I open the bleeder on the secondary filters. I will try the 5 min test and see how that does. Thanks for the inputs. Could I be losing prime from the ip pump to a injector?

Deuce starting problem, runs fine after started

I have had my M35A2 for about 5 years now and it has always ran great. The problem I have with it is that when you try to start it you have to turn it over a longer then my other trucks and when it starts it runs rough for about 5 seconds then it is fine. After it is started and ran a little...
