After highlighting, you can press control (ctrl) then the letter C. After that, open Microsoft word (or whatever program you use for word processing), it should automatically create a new file. Once it has, press control (ctrl) then the letter V. It will paste the text into the new document...

Notice the troop rails, he couldn't find any in good shape, so he measured mine and built his. He built them a little lower than "stock" so they wouldn't interfere with his view out the rear of the truck.
