Assuming you have good glow plug card, plugs and air temp sensor. Should the light go off right before the solenoid or half way through the cycle? Right now my light stays on for roughly 12 seconds but the relay is still active for another 12 seconds? shouldn't they be matched?
I lost all of my gauges because I was too lazy to disconnect the battery. If you have a gas truck I would take it off, but that is just me I have very bad luck with everything.
Your best bet is to make some friends here and have them come over with their CUCV. Put them side by side and fix what ever you have to fix. Thats how i was able to convert back to OEM. OEM is by far the way to go.
