So you never came back to the US? What are you doing now? Thanks for the story!! I am SURE it was an amazing experience. Only be to CA once, and that was via Uncle Sugar in the mid eighties. Where I was, if you had shoes, you were "The Man!"
God bless,
Tony
Glad ya made it home!! Are those "neighbors" you were asking about the same ones that didn't like your deuce? If so, I'm sure a M923a1 won't bother 'em in the least. Such a petite vehicle, heck, I can hardly see it in the drive way with all the kids and such around. Enjoy the new toy!!!
God...
Did all paper work at my local DMV in Lacon, Illinois. They were GREAT! Did two trailers and the deuce. Have temp plates for all three. Didnt hurt that I had preinformed them of the new FMV plates months ago. Got the info from this thread. Hope they arrive in a timely fashion. Its wonderful...
Flingarrows, ya mean they actually HAVE them now? Yippeeeee! Will be going to my local DMV this Saturday and getting everything plated with FMV plates! Outstanding, and thanks for the update!
God bless,
Tony
