I have always had a soft spot for deuce tractors.
i was going to build one years ago, but jumped in with the bigger tractors.
I would think if it runs and drives, it isn't too bad. I might try offering 2500 or less, and go up from there. They are slightly rarer than the average deuce.
If it...
Very nice tanker! Mine was almost as nice when I picked it up. I see that is an A1 version, has the vapor recovery piping on the rear. I like where the wheel chocks are put, I'll have to do that to mine.
10 more loads and I'll have moved a million gallons with mine.
If he is going to haul it...
How good is the cab? I need a decent cab that has the power divider lever (dumps share that with wreckers) and another pass fender... WI is a long way but for the right parts...
You can put a 900 series T-case in an 800 series. For that matter, a M39 series, like I'm going to do.

I know it will blow up the next time I drive it, but I keep the M109 at 2500 or below, and have run 14hours to haspin and back, 4 years in a row.

Got the dates picked out so we can reserve one? :tinkerbell:
Is it OCT 2013 yet?
Angie and I got home around 1620 yesterday. Glad special Ed made it ok, as well as the many other long distance attendies.
Angie was complaining to me, we aren't convoying with Mike again, his fully loaded m109 and MKT go too slow on the hills!!! I told her it was better in a group though, so...
The tires were not that badly flexed. I've overloaded tires before around the yard and they were pancaked way worse than these were.
I got it back just fine and the tires stayed cool when they were new and not year old cheap as heck chinese crap.
I just slapped the G177's on my M109, and have been loving them ever since. Sorry some of you guys are having problems with them.
I run 80 front and 70 in the rears, and it is still dualed.
I'd bring bigger tools guys, or I'll give you all the tiny tedious stuff to put on!
Clint- lots of grease pins, and bearings, hydraulic hoses, wire rope, and exposed cylinders= bad idea to blast.
I would ideally like to have the frame blasted and painted, and the bed cleaned up and painted...
First, thanks to everyone who offered to help out, and to DH for helping with the tires shop list. A special thanks to Craig Bigugh20 for being crazy and daring enough to go with me to recover it and all his help.
Rick, yes, we thought the load was about 1500-2k less than it was. As it stood...
