Dispute the charge with your credit card company. It is there fault if they sent you the wrong parts. If customer service ever treated me that bad I would hang up on them and then call the credit card company.
File a claim with GL and ask for a refund. They will run you around for a while but if you are persistant they will refund your money.
I recentally had a lot "pulled by staff" and never got a strait answer but I did get my money back in a couple of months.
How about a school bus?
I know it is not military and does not have the cool factor but you could get or convert one to awd. You could convert it to an rv or shorten the body and wheel base and tow the fifth wheel.

You need to relocate the water heater breaker. If you do have two open slots you could get a combination breaker to combine the water heater and pump, just like the range oven breaker that is below the pump breaker.
