Also IF 10,000 lbs is max weight on the front end that is not the same as the weight of the front end on a scale the sprung weight would need to be less than 10k the unsprung weight of the axel and tires would need to be subtracted from the total front weight. About 2500 lbs on a a1 or a2...
Someone needs to contact the brainiac that wrote that nonsense and straighten them out. If 10,000 lbs is the most that front can handle, then all the wreckers are overloaded from the factory.
That add on kit is what got me to thinking about front toolboxes. Why add extra weight that's not needed, just put boxes there to hold the heavy junk you already have. And as a side bonus you will stiffen you bumper and frame up front which is the only place I have seen the 5 tons bend, even in...
The senders on these trucks tend to be Soso in the reliability dept. I would start there but not sure you will find much sounds like a (loose) engine to me, I would try the mechanical gage and see if you have 20-25psi on hot engine minimum at full throttle any less and I think I would be looking...

M811 is a 809 series truck as such the tm will apply but it will have a extra tm for the body. The pump you have sounds like a wrecker pump which would make sense. Take a picture of it a post it up.so we can compare it to a 816 pump. In the meantime look up 816/819 pump problems and see if it...
Yeah this is where the a2s have the weights. Not sure why a front box would be a pain unless you mean in front of the bumper.
And like Zebadee not sure about this post Ron?
