G covered the actual private messaging already. Just click on the icon at the top right of the page next to your name with the mail icon on it. At the very bottom you can start a new conversation (message) with a person. As to tagging people. Not sure I follow. Yes, tagging people in a post...

Turning off ad block for SS will prevent it from displaying. Otherwise it will display every 5th view. Premium membership is not subjected to the ad-blocker notice. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
