Driving Vipers 1009 200 miles at 55 mph I got 29.7 mpg. Had full tank when I left and filled it as full as possible when I got back. His son uses it in his yard business and around town with a 16 foot trailer behind it full of mowers and equipment he gets 15-17mpg logged and checked. As to how...
Nope not over full truck had been running for three hours before it happened, just a bad cap. Does anyone know a part number that I can use at napa to get a new one? I went and pulled five off of trucks we are cutting up and four were no good.
Think I have found new way to check radiator caps just pull up a thirty degree incline with the truck at operating temperature and see if any spills out! :D
Had a strange thing happen today pulled in to drive, pretty steep, to drop off my daughter and before she can get out and come around steam rolls out from under the hood of my new to me 931a1. By the way I was pointed up hill, checking things out now but truck was and didn't over heat according...
Yeah there's one called a protote also that gets used around here a lot. Easy to use works great, the other way with the front or rear of a trucks over the fifth wheel uses a cradle that has a kingpin and has to have a wrecker to take them on and off.
Hey Marine, why not get a 932a1 and put your bed on it, the cab protector will need to be modified to clear the top but not a big deal and the 932 comes with a wet kit on it so at most you might have to use your pump. Lots easier than swapping all the other stuff. But if you are a hard headed...
These are stock rims for the M939 series a1, a2, a1p, and a2p trucks. The a0p which I posted earlier has regular split ring dual 11.00 x 20 tires and rims.
Not quite Ron you are suppose to drive the plug down into the cable a specific amount and wrap the cable back over the end of the cable so when you have it assembled you can see the ends of the wires in the inspection hole and the sleeve should be tightened until only four or less threads are...
If you are talking about the truck I posted it has standard five ton dual rims, five ton combat rims they are two piece rims but much lighter than hemmit rims.
I think Nf6x is on to something here with the bumper pull trailer idea if you can find one that the frame is flush with or the lowest part you could bolt that down on your frame and not have to worry about how much is hanging over the rear .
Hemmit rims will be what you want for heavy duty like smashing cars or trees and if you are going with the rims you might as well go with the tires as well. They are not bullet proof but have a set with runflats filled with foam and they will get you where you are going. Save them in big vacuum...
Okay well you can tag a tank in some states but if you want a target painted on you go ahead and build and or buy something like you have pictured there, also isn't a v100 something like that? If you want something that doesn't shout look at me I am armored! So get the big gun! Make it look semi...
