I have had good results with interstates. The solid state voltage regulator helps with battery life. I also have a keyed kill switch on my batteries so there is no drain during storage.

For the lights you will need to change the bulbs and either add the military connector to your truck or put a civilina connector on the trailer, ther is an electrical junction on the tongue under the metal cover. you can get the correct wiring ends so that you do not have to cut the military...

The M105 has air over hydraulic brakes so you could modify the trailer with the coupler/actuatior from a M105A3, M101A2/A3 trailer and make the brakes work. The other option is to plumb the truck for air brakes

The blast radius should only be about 1 mile not 1000 miles. 80 in a truck is real fast even for a modern truck and not a truck that is based on a modernized 50's vintage design

I was quoting the weights for the M1061A1 memory And the data plate is missing from the pole dolly. The M1061 is very stout but my truck weighs about 10 tons empty, so it is not that much of a problem
